For some of us eating out is a luxury and for others it is a necessity. Regardless of your reason for dining in a restaurant we all look for good food, a friendly atmosphere and a clean and healthy environment. If the food in a particular restaurant is not good we most likely will not return. If the atmosphere is not friendly we will probably look for another restaurant. However, if the restaurant is not clean we will never return and we will let our friends know about our negative experience.

Restaurant owners have two challenges in keeping their establishment clean, the dining area where the general public gathers and the kitchen area. The cleaning regimens for both areas are usually quite different but the results are usually similar. They appear clean but they are not.

When cleaning the dining area most restaurants concentrate on the tables, chairs and floors using soap, water, chemical based cleaners and a vacuum cleaner. This will result in the appearance of clean, however, this type of cleaning does not get beyond the obvious surfaces that are seen by most customers. Germs, Bacteria, mold and mildew gather below the surfaces in the cracks and crevices where traditional cleaning methods fail to thoroughly clean. The result is a build-up of germs, bacteria, mold and mildew that not only create foul odors over time but also eventually presents a health concern if not dealt with properly.

Although the kitchen of a restaurant requires a different and more intense cleaning regimen the results are quite often the same. Grills need to be scrubbed with chemical based cleaners; ovens need to be vigorously cleaned both inside and out; food preparation surfaces require brisk scrubbing with soap, water and chemical based cleaners. The effort can be exhausting and you still are unable to completely clean and sanitize the kitchen.

Is there a better, more effective and more effortless way to achieve better cleaning results than the traditional methods? Try using a steam vapor cleaner and you will marvel at the effectiveness and relative ease of cleaning.

Vapor steam cleaners use nothing but water to clean and they are capable of cleaning almost any surface in a restaurant. A vapor steam cleaner creates a low moisture vapor that carries heat to the surface to be cleaned. The heat along with mild scrubbing cleans and disinfects the surface for you. Cleaning with a vapor steam cleaner eliminates chemical residues while sanitizing the surface you are cleaning. Because vapor steam cleaners use only small amounts of water to clean they are virtually free of mess as well as quite and portable.

Steam Vapor Systems can help sanitize and deep clean almost any surface in your restaurant, including ceilings and floors and almost everything in between. Steam vapor cleaners have numerous applications in dining areas, restrooms, food service areas and are probably the most versatile piece of maintenance equipment you will ever own. Whether the surface is glass or a wood surface in a food preparation area, steam vapor cleaners will clean deep into even the smallest cracks and crevices killing all of the germs, bacteria, mold and mildew on contact.

What's more, the system actually removes soils, rather than spreading them over the surface like scrubbing with chemical based cleaners can. More importantly, it even removes the residue from previously applied cleaning chemicals which dulls the surface and actually attracts soils. And, unlike chemical methods, superheated vapor doesn't cover up odors; it removes them at their source, penetrating deep into all surfaces, including fabrics and carpets. This proven, time tested-technology can also be safely used to disinfect those same surfaces, for a healthier, fresher indoor environment, without resorting to noxious risky chemical disinfectants. Reducing the use of chemical cleaners and disinfectants also produces a safer environment for those who must deal with allergies and other sensitivities.

Today, with the ever-present risks associated with food borne pathogens, it is becoming a necessity to insure the safety of your guests as well as their well being at a consistently higher level of sanitation. Steam vapor cleaners are a necessity for those who wish to economically and effectively deal with this threat

Vapor steam cleaners are hard on germs but gentle on the environment.
